Helen leads the team at CPB London and founded CPB WMN in 2023 with the purpose of working with brands and partners to represent and elevate the role of women globally.
Helen has spent over 20 years partnering with clients to deliver transformative ideas that help their businesses grow. Over the last five years, she has built a core specialism and passion in supporting and communicating to women. In 2018, Helen founded Creative Equals Business, a community and leadership programme for women in the creative industry.
Helen is a regular writer on the intersection of Gender and Marketing for Marketing Week. She is a proud mum of two daughters, Kitty and Agnes.

Toni has spent many years working in partnership with some of the world’s largest and most successful brands in both client and agency side roles.
Following a redundancy (the day after giving birth), Toni decided the industry needed a shake up and is now on a mission to empower and elevate women through advertising. Passionate, positive, dedicated and lots of fun to work with, Toni’s superpower is delivering stand out, female first integrated marketing campaigns whilst juggling life with two little boys.

Trudi Harris
Impact & Purpose
She has worked with creative agencies, innovative enterprises, NGOs and disruptive startups on issues including homelessness, financial literacy, women’s empowerment and eco-consumerism.
Trudi originally spent eight years campaigning on women’s rights issues in the UK, before moving into senior media and marketing roles in Asia, Europe and the US. When not working she can be found navigating the joys of two wonderfully headstrong teenage daughters.
